Instructions for speakers

Contributed talks are 15 minutes long.  Please plan on an approximately 13 minute talk plus 2 minutes for questions.  Refer to the schedule to see when you will be speaking.

Poster instructions

All accepted contributions are welcome to present a poster showcasing their work.  Posters should be at most 3ft tall by 4ft wide.  Please refer to the poster schedule to see when your poster should be displayed.

Preparing papers for inclusion

Camera-ready papers are due Monday, November 23rd.  Camera-ready papers should be PDFs styled in NIPS format and no longer than 4 pages.  Papers should be submitted by emailing the PDF to nips2009-submit@topicmodels.net.
